1. Revenue ≥ 10% of Total Revenue
2. |Profit/Loss| ≥ 10% of Greater of: Sum of profits OR Sum of losses
3. Assets ≥ 10% of Total Assets

+ 75% Floor: כל Reportable Segments ≥ 75% מסך הכנסות חיצוניות

Entity-Wide Disclosures (ASC 280-10-50-38) — חובה גם לSegment יחיד:

1. מוצרים/שירותים — הכנסות לכל קטגוריה
2. גיאוגרפיה — US vs. Foreign
3. לקוח ≥ 10% → גלה סכום (לא שם)
